ABOUT
Nicole knew from an early age that she wanted to be a teacher. Throughout middle and high school, she actively pursued opportunities to develop her skills as an educator, volunteering in school programs and spending summers coaching gymnastics and teaching dance in her hometown of Poughkeepsie, New York.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the State University of New York at New Paltz before gaining over 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and service—skills that now support her work in education.
Nicole recently completed six years as a middle school teacher and now serves as the Head of Academics for the West Chester Wolves, where she oversees academic programming and supports student-athletes in balancing their education with athletic development. She takes pride in transforming traditionally “boring” subjects into engaging, real-world lessons and is passionate about helping students reach their full potential both in and out of the classroom.
Outside of her work with the Wolves, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, RC, their two children, Raegan and Liam, and their two dogs.
