The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) is the nation’s largest amateur ice hockey league and a leader in player development across North America. Founded in 2012, the USPHL was built to provide a clear pathway for aspiring athletes to reach their highest potential—from youth and junior hockey to college and professional levels.
With a mission centered on development and advancement, the USPHL has helped thousands of players move on to NCAA Division I, Division III, ACHA, and professional programs worldwide. The Wolves' gym, located inside PNY Sports Arena, is fully equipped with four racks, medicine balls, dumbbells, plyo boxes, bikes, and everything needed for comprehensive training.
PLAYER ADVANCEMENT
Helping players reach the next level is a top priority for the Wolves coaching staff, who have guided over 800 athletes to opportunities in the USHL, college hockey, and the pros. With a team made up of former pro, college, and junior players, the staff brings proven experience and strong networks across North America. The Wolves also prioritize internal development, regularly promoting players from the Academy and Premier levels to the NCDC.

Valley Forge Military Academy
The Wolves offer dormitories at Valley Forge Military Academy, a historic campus known for its structure, discipline, and leadership development. Located in Wayne, PA—a central hub of the East Coast—players benefit from close proximity to major cities like Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington D.C.
Just a short drive from PNY Sports Arena, the campus provides a secure, well-supervised environment designed to support both athletic and academic success. The structured daily schedule helps players build strong habits, accountability, and time management—key traits for advancement to higher levels of hockey. Players have access to a wide range of on-campus amenities, including classrooms, a gym and weight room, chapel, mess hall, library, table games, a mini movie theater, health center, athletic fields, and pickleball courts.
With a focus on development both on and off the ice, the Wolves’ housing setup creates a true student-athlete experience—preparing players for junior, collegiate, and professional opportunities while living in a team-first environment.
