National Collegiate Development Conference
The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) is the tuition-free junior hockey division of the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL), the largest amateur hockey league in North America.
Designed to prepare elite players for NCAA hockey, the NCDC offers a high-performance environment with experienced coaching, national exposure, and top-tier competition. As part of the USPHL’s proven development pathway, the NCDC emphasizes complete player growth and has helped thousands of athletes advance to college and professional hockey.

The Wolves' gym, located inside PNY Sports Arena, is fully equipped with four racks, medicine balls, dumbbells, plyo boxes, bikes, and everything needed for comprehensive training.
PLAYER ADVANCEMENT
Helping players reach the next level is a top priority for the Wolves coaching staff, who have guided over 800 athletes to opportunities in the USHL, college hockey, and the pros. With a team made up of former pro, college, and junior players, the staff brings proven experience and strong networks across North America. The Wolves also prioritize internal development, regularly promoting players from the Academy and Premier levels to the NCDC.

GLEN MILLS
The Wolves offer dormitories in Glen Mills, PA, a vibrant crossroads of the East Coast, rich in history and culture. Located within a moderate drive of major cities like New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C., it’s the perfect spot for athletes to thrive.
The dorms are just 6 miles south of PNY Sports Arena, set on a sprawling 750-acre campus that features a recreation center, basketball courts, and baseball diamonds. Players residing in the dorms enjoy daily team meals prepared by an on-site chef. The facility is closely monitored by staff and families living on-site, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
