ABOUT
Dale began his hockey career building and managing youth teams within the California Wave Hockey Program, overseeing players from Mites through 18AAA. He also served as the organization’s Safe Sport Coordinator, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all athletes.
As Hockey Director at the Fernando Soltero Hockey Academy, Dale specialized as a goalie coach, working closely with Reto Schurch, the Swiss National Goalie Coach. He focused on vision enhancement techniques, helping develop numerous goalies who advanced to NCAA Division I hockey and professional careers in the NHL.
Dale’s scouting experience includes serving as the California and North Dakota scout for the Thief River Falls Norskies in the Superior International Junior Hockey League (SIJHL), where he also held the role of Assistant General Manager during the COVID-shortened season.
Additionally, he has contributed to player identification for the Aberdeen Wings (NAHL), as well as teams in the NCDC, NA3HL, USPHL, and multiple collegiate programs.
