Lindsay Tilley, a U.S. Figure Skating triple gold medalist in Freestyle, Moves in the Field, and Ice Dancing, brings over 15 years of experience coaching competitive figure skating and hockey. She specializes in developing fundamental skating skills, with a focus on body alignment and edge control to enhance strength, agility, and explosiveness.
Lindsay is the founder of Hockey Edge Agility Training (HEAT) in Morris County, NJ, where she works with players at all levels—from youth to professional. A member of the NHLCA Female Coaches Development Program, she has also served as a consultant for the Metropolitan Riveters and has instructed at USA Hockey National Development Camps. Recognized by The Coaches Site as one of the top 10 skills instructors of 2023, Lindsay’s unique blend of figure skating and hockey expertise helps athletes optimize their on-ice performance.
