The West Chester Wolves’ NCDC squad has earned a double spotlight with Griffin Davis and Roman Cicco named Players of the Week. Goalie Griffin Davis, a second-year Wolves netminder, and rookie forward Roman Cicco have both been recognized for their pivotal roles in the Wolves' recent success, adding two more wins to the team’s season.
Griffin Davis | Goaltender
Davis ('05/Nashua, N.H.) was a wall in net, securing back-to-back victories over the Connecticut Jr. Rangers. He faced a flurry of shots over the weekend, stopping 75 of 80 attempts. His standout performance on October 25 saw him turn away 45 of 48 shots for a weekend save percentage of .938, paired with a 2.40 goals-against average. Davis’s strong presence in net continues to be a reliable foundation for the Wolves' defensive play this season.
Roman Cicco | Rookie Forward
Rookie forward Cicco ('05/Export, Pa.), who joined the Wolves from Cranbrook Kingswood School, made an impact with four points across the two games, including a goal and three assists.
