The Wolves got off to a slow start, with the Generals capitalizing on their opportunities to take a 3-0 lead in the first period. However, West Chester responded in spectacular fashion in the second frame, scoring five goals to turn the game on its head.
Aidan Urie opened the scoring for the Wolves just over three minutes into the second period, converting assists from Danil Nikiforov and Nathan Lavallee.
