Wolves Premier Dominate Gatineau, Sealing a Strong Finish at the Jersey Hitmen Classic

The West Chester Wolves Premier team concluded their run at the Jersey Hitmen Classic with a decisive 6-1 victory over Universel Collège Gatineau at Ice Vault Rink 1 on October 20, 2024. The Wolves opened the scoring early, with Nathan Lavallee finding the net just 3:18 into the first period, assisted by Joseph LaBarbera and Alexander Couture. Gatineau managed to equalize with a power-play goal at 8:13, but West Chester quickly regained the lead.

In the second period, Breydon Webster scored at 4:24, followed by goals from Jacob Emmanuel and Yianni Tsatsoulis at 16:19 and 16:52, extending the Wolves' lead to 4-1. The third period saw the Wolves continue their offensive pressure, with Tsatsoulis netting his second goal at 9:04. Gordon Shindelman capped the scoring with a final goal at 19:35, bringing the game to a close at 6-1.

Goaltender AJ Golden stood tall in net, making 19 saves to secure the victory, while Gatineau's Julius Kolari turned aside 20 shots in a losing effort.
