October 12, 2024- In a thrilling matchup at the PNY Sports Arena, the West Chester Wolves Premier team pulled off a dramatic third-period comeback to defeat the Mercer Chiefs 3-2.

Mercer took control early, with James Saint Fleur netting the first goal just seconds into the game. Despite a strong showing by West Chester’s defense and goaltender John Feeley, the Chiefs extended their lead late in the second period when Thomas LeClair buried a feed from Samuel Strand, making it 2-0 heading into the final frame.

The Wolves stormed back in the third thanks to Aidan Urie who sparked the rally, scoring at 5:17 off assists from Alexander Couture. The momentum swung entirely in West Chester’s favor when Max McKay tied the game at 18:57, with key assists from Titus Keyes and Urie. Will McLaughlin delivered the game-winning goal with just 22 seconds left, capping the Wolves' comeback.

Feeley, solid between the pipes, made 32 saves to secure the win, outdueling Mercer’s Matiss Bars, who faced 27 shots in a valiant effort.
