The West Chester Wolves Premier team hit the ice for their first preseason exhibition game today against the Red Bank Generals at the Red Bank Armory Ice Complex. Despite a valiant effort, the Wolves fell short, losing 4-2.

Logan Gee opened the scoring for the Wolves, finding the back of the net early in the contest. Joseph LaBarbera followed up with a second goal, but the Generals responded with a strong offensive push, ultimately securing the win.

Head Coach Brian Leonard remained optimistic about the team’s performance. "The Atlantic Division is going to be a really strong and competitive division this year, and we feel as though we have a really strong group that is ready to compete right away in Year 1," said Leonard. "Our staff has worked incredibly hard to put together a talented group with a great mix of veteran and young players."

The Wolves will continue their preseason action on September 20, when they face off against the PAL Islanders at the NorthWell Health Ice Center at 2:00 PM.
