The Wolves kicked off the Hitmen Classic in style Thursday night, taking down the Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings 5–2 at Ice Vault Arena in Wayne, NJ.
Titus Keyes opened the scoring early in the first, finishing a perfect setup from Hunter Baughan and Logan Gee to give the Pack the jump. Nolan Stott followed it up minutes later, ripping one home off feeds from William Schaeffer and Louka Dorgere to make it 2–0.
In the second period, Damien Pongklub extended the lead with a clean finish before Finn McGolrick buried another from Ryunosuke Shirozu and Max McKay. Keyes then struck again late in the frame for his second of the night, assisted by Gee and McKay, capping off a dominant Wolves offensive showing.
Elijah Wiltshire stood tall in net, turning aside key shots and holding off a late push from the Riverkings to secure the win.
West Chester Wolves vs. St-Lazare Avalanche (Oct. 10, 2025)
Final: West Chester Wolves 2 – 4 St-Lazare Avalanche
The Wolves fought hard in Game 2 of the Hitmen Classic on Friday night but fell 4–2 to the St-Lazare Avalanche in a physical battle at Ice Vault Arena.
Hunter Baughan opened the scoring early in the first, blasting one from the blue line off a setup from Ivan Nadtochiev and Finn McGolrick. Damien Pongklub added another in the second period, burying a rebound with helpers from Shane Dachowski and Aaron Shanks to pull the Wolves within striking distance.
Despite the push, the Avalanche capitalized on key opportunities—including a power play goal and an empty-netter late—to hold off the Wolves’ comeback bid.
Goaltender Wyatt Demers made several big stops to keep the Pack in it, while the Wolves showed grit and energy throughout the matchup against a tough opponent.
West Chester Wolves vs. Montreal Black Vees (Oct. 11, 2025)
Final: West Chester Wolves 3 – 1 Montreal Black Vees
The Wolves closed out their Hitmen Classic weekend with a statement win, taking down the Montreal Black Vees 3–1 on Saturday morning at Ice Vault Arena.
Rory Booth got the Pack rolling early in the second period, finishing off a setup from Ivan Nadtochiev and Hunter Baughan to make it 1–0. Minutes later, Dylan Eifert buried another, with assists going to Shane Dachowski and Baughan as West Chester built momentum.
Montreal would get one back late in the frame, but Max McKay sealed the deal in the final seconds with an empty-net dagger off a feed from Damien Pongklub to lock in the win.
Goaltender Demetri Mavromichalis was stellar in net, holding the Black Vees to just one goal and making clutch saves throughout the game to preserve the lead.
West Chester Wolves vs. Hawkesbury Knights (Oct. 11, 2025)
Final: West Chester Wolves 1 – 2 Hawkesbury Knights
The Wolves wrapped up their weekend at the Hitmen Classic with a hard-fought 2–1 loss to the Hawkesbury Knights in a gritty Saturday afternoon matchup at Ice Vault Arena.
Ivan Nadtochiev netted the lone Wolves goal midway through the first period, finishing off a sharp setup from Shane Dachowski and Finn McGolrick to give West Chester the early lead.
Despite strong play from the Wolves defense and steady goaltending from Elijah Wiltshire, the Knights capitalized twice in the second period to edge ahead. West Chester battled to the final horn but couldn’t find the equalizer.
It was a tough result in a weekend filled with high-intensity hockey and strong showings from the Pack throughout the Hitmen Classic Showcase.
