Wolves Premier Stay Hot as January Surge Fuels Playoff Push

01/03/2026 – WCW vs. Charleston Colonials (L, 6–4) The West Chester Wolves Premier dropped a 6–4 decision to the Charleston Colonials during showcase play in Wesley Chapel, FL. After falling behind early, the Wolves responded with goals from Max McKay (2), Louka Dorgere, and Simon McCandless to stay within striking distance throughout the game. Despite the offensive push, Charleston answered with multiple third-period goals, including the game-winner with 12 seconds remaining, to seal the win.


01/04/2026 – WCW vs. Florida Jr. Blades (L, 2–1) West Chester closed out showcase play with a hard-fought 2–1 loss to the Florida Jr. Blades. The Wolves fell behind 2–0 early but tightened up defensively and generated pressure late. Hunter Baughan scored in the third period to cut the deficit to one, but West Chester was unable to find the equalizer despite a strong final push.


01/05/2026 – WCW vs. Typhoon Hockey Club (W, 3–1) The Wolves rebounded with a 3–1 win over Typhoon Hockey Club in Wesley Chapel, controlling the game as it progressed. Logan Gee opened the scoring in the second period before Ryunosuke Shirozu and Max McKay added unassisted goals in the third to secure the victory. Strong defensive structure and steady goaltending helped West Chester close out the showcase on a high note.


01/14/2026 – WCW vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights (W, 6–2) Returning home to PNY Sports Arena, the Wolves powered past the Knights 6–2 with a dominant performance after falling behind early. West Chester scored six unanswered goals, highlighted by a three-goal second period and balanced scoring throughout the lineup. The win marked a strong return to home ice following showcase play.


01/16/2026 – WCW vs. PAL Junior Islanders (W, 7–0) The Wolves delivered a complete team performance in a 7–0 shutout win over the PAL Junior Islanders. West Chester jumped out early and never let up, receiving scoring contributions across all three periods while controlling play at both ends of the ice. Wyatt Demers turned aside all shots faced to earn the shutout.


01/23/2026 – WCW vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights (W, 6–2) West Chester earned another 6–2 home victory over the Knights, breaking the game open with a three-goal second period. Damien Pongklub led the offensive charge with a pair of third-period goals as the Wolves pulled away late. Strong goaltending and depth scoring secured the win at PNY Sports Arena.


01/24/2026 – WCW vs. PAL Junior Islanders (L, 3–0) The Wolves were held scoreless in a 3–0 road loss to the PAL Junior Islanders. Despite generating chances and competing throughout the game, West Chester was unable to break through offensively. Solid goaltending kept the game close, but the Islanders added two late goals to seal the result.


01/29/2026 – WCW vs. Bridgewater (W, 7–3) West Chester exploded offensively in a 7–3 road win at Bridgewater, highlighted by a hat trick from Brody Jurman. The Wolves built momentum early and continued to apply pressure throughout the game, receiving scoring contributions from across the lineup to secure a convincing victory.


01/30/2026 – WCW vs. Rockets Hockey Club (W, 6–1) The Wolves rolled past the Rockets with a 6–1 home win, pulling away with a three-goal third period. Tyler Corbett led the way with a three-point performance, while West Chester controlled the pace and dictated play for most of the night to earn another strong home victory.


01/31/2026 – WCW vs. New Jersey Renegades (W, 17–2) West Chester put on an offensive showcase with a dominant 17–2 road win over the Renegades. The Wolves erupted for eight goals in the first period and never slowed down, showcasing depth, speed, and finishing ability throughout the lineup in one of their most explosive performances of the season.


02/05/2026 – WCW vs. Jersey Hitmen (W, 9–1) The Wolves controlled wire to wire in a 9–1 home win over the Jersey Hitmen. West Chester built an early lead and continued to apply pressure through all three periods, combining balanced scoring with disciplined play and strong goaltending to secure another convincing victory.


02/06/2026 – WCW vs. Mercer Chiefs (W, 2–0) West Chester capped the stretch with a 2–0 road shutout win over the Mercer Chiefs. Goals from Cooper Rodgers and Finn McGolrick provided the offense, while the Wolves locked things down defensively. Wyatt Demers stopped all shots faced to earn the shutout and seal a complete team win.
