The West Chester Wolves are celebrating a standout performance by their starting goaltender, Elijah Wiltshire, who has once again been named Player of the Week in the USPHL Premier Atlantic Division. This recognition marks his second consecutive week with the honor, following two exceptional games that further solidified his status as one of the league’s top netminders.

Wiltshire, an ’05 native of Palm Harbor, Fla., was instrumental in the Wolves’ 2-0 run, stopping 93 of 96 shots in back-to-back games. His standout performance came on Oct. 26 against the defending National Champions, Connecticut Jr. Rangers, where he made an impressive 51 saves on 52 shots, frustrating the opposition and delivering a key victory for West Chester. Wiltshire’s consistent excellence has earned him a .946 save percentage, placing him firmly in the top 10 among goaltenders league-wide.

Head Coach Brian Leonard praised Wiltshire’s composure and relentless focus, noting his growth as an invaluable player for the Wolves. "Elijah’s dedication and resilience set the tone for our team each game. He’s a young talent who performs with the poise of a seasoned pro," Leonard shared.

Wiltshire’s consistent performance between the pipes will be a crucial element in their drive for success as the Wolves continue their season. His commitment to his craft and back-to-back Player of the Week honors signal an exciting trajectory for this promising young goalie.
