Wolves Premier Set for Season Opener at Chelsea Piers, CT vs. Jr. Rangers

The wait is over—West Chester Wolves Premier hockey is officially back. This weekend marks the beginning of the 2025-26 USPHL Premier season as the Wolves head north to Chelsea Piers, CT to battle the Connecticut Jr. Rangers.

The Wolves hit the ice on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 7:20 PM ET, followed by a quick turnaround on Sunday, Sept. 21 at 10:20 AM ET. Both games will be streamed live on USPHL+ (blackbearsports.tv).

The Jr. Rangers enter the weekend with momentum after securing a 4-2 victory over the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Knights. They spread out their scoring early, with Arcturus Marco-Schappa pacing the team in goals, Joseph Namyotov leading in assists, and Gage Bromiley topping the points chart.

For the Wolves, Head Coach Brian Leonard has his squad dialed in with a hungry roster eager to prove themselves on opening weekend. Expect a fast, physical style of hockey right out of the gate.
