The West Chester Wolves NCDC squad returns home to PNY Sports Arena this weekend for a two-game set against the Mercer Chiefs, looking to bounce back after a hard-fought 1-0 shootout loss to the Thunder Hockey Club at the South Shore Kings Presidents Day Showcase.
Despite the tight loss, the Wolves showed they can grind with anyone. Goaltender Sebastian Pribula continues to be a steady backbone between the pipes, giving West Chester a chance to win every night with calm, confident play in net.

Offensively, the Wolves are starting to see contributions across the lineup. Emil Szepesi caught fire during the Chiefs North matchup at the showcase, scoring twice and generating momentum heading into this home stand. The Wolves also got a spark from their new additions — Samuel Hedrick buried his first goal as a Wolf against Chiefs North, while Ryan Kowalsky netted his first in purple and white on February 14 against the Northern Cyclones.
With playoff positioning tightening and every point critical, this weekend’s home series is about response, pace, and protecting home ice. The Wolves know what’s at stake — and there’s no better place to answer than in front of the home crowd in West Chester.
Puck drops Saturday at 6:30 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM. Two games. Big points. Hunt ‘Em All.
