The West Chester Wolves NCDC team will host their first annual Salute to Service Night on Saturday, November 15th at 5:15 PM when they take on the Rockets Hockey Club at PNY Sports Arena.
This special event is dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who serve and have served in our nation’s armed forces. The Wolves will wear specialty-themed military jerseys, which will be auctioned off to fans. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Flyers Warriors Hockey Club, a local organization comprised of disabled veterans who represent the Philadelphia Flyers in the USA Hockey Warrior program.
Fans are encouraged to show their support by wearing camo, red, white, and blue, or any patriotic gear to help fill the arena with American pride.
Throughout the night, fans can expect a full lineup of special tributes and entertainment, including:
🇺🇸 A pregame moment of silence to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
🎖️ Special guests and veterans recognized for their service.
📜 A “Wall of Honor” display where fans can write the names of loved ones who have served.
🏒 Intermission mini-games and appearances by the Flyers Ice Girls to keep the energy high.
“This night is about more than just hockey—it’s about our community coming together to thank the men and women who protect our freedom,” said Wolves Head Coach and General Manager R.C. Lyke. “We’re proud to honor them in our own way.”
Join the Pack this Saturday for a powerful night of hockey and heroism as the Wolves salute those who serve.
